Crowd points added

I finally used bloodbowl terminology (coaches and players) instead of what I had until now (players and units). I think it's clearer now.

I modified or fixed some rules that didn't make much sense.

I also added another way to make synergies and combos: the crowd love ponts: Achieving some particular tasks will earn you and/or your opponent points that can be later used to make more combos!
