Superpowered Skirmish

Didn't have much time to think about this one. I'm hoping I have time to improve it in the future. I have so many games here I want to keep working on and expanding!
Submitted to the OPR Jam, the theme was "Dual Purpose". My main take on this is the "Dragonball fight mechanic" which is, when two fighters brawl, they are propelled in opposite directions, destroying every building in their path.
CONTENT WARNING: The villains goal is to murder civilians... I thought it would be interesting to place it in a game as it's a cruel side of narrative media that barely gets explored in superhero media but I couldn't find any way to do it that isn't... nasty? I'm super open to comments and criticism about this or anything in the game.

I like the ideas behind this. Looks like it's almost finished, with just a few tweaks to go. The Subtlety and Power values look like they are around the wrong way for test values, though not if you're reading it for straight Power as damage purposes. Nice work.
